Digital Products (PDF e-books)

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not granted once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been sent.

However, we review each request on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be granted in the following situations:

  • The received file is corrupted or unreadable
  • The product received does not match the description
  • You have not received the download link within 24 hours of your purchase

Processing time

We process all requests within 3 to 5 business days. If a refund is granted, the amount will be credited back via the payment method used during the purchase.
