General Terms and Conditions of Sale – STITOU EDITION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the commercial relationship between STITOU EDITION, represented by Ahssayen Stitou, and any buyer making a purchase on the online store supporters-fan-eddition.myshopify.com.
1. Products
STITOU EDITION sells digital products (PDF ebooks) related to football and the 2026 World Cup. These products are available in French, English, and Spanish.
2. Prices
Prices are indicated in USD ($), all taxes included. STITOU EDITION reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
3. Order and payment
The order is validated after payment confirmation. Accepted payment methods are:
- PayPal
- Credit card (via available providers)
Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.
4. Delivery of digital products
After payment confirmation, the download link is automatically sent to the email address provided during the order, within a maximum of 24 hours. The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to digital goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply to downloadable products once their execution has begun with the consumer's agreement. See our Refund Policy for exceptional cases.
6. Intellectual property
All content offered (texts, images, ebooks) is the exclusive property of STITOU EDITION. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability
STITOU EDITION cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products. The information contained in the ebooks is provided for informational purposes.
8. Applicable law
These GTC are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before any legal action.
